" I want to thank you for your role in my life as my mentor and life coach. You have taught me the value of self-love and self-motivation. When I met you I was in the most stressful phase of my life.  I was in the final year of my course completion which got extended due to Covid and the time when they announced my exit exam I was not able to give it because of my mom’s surgery with the next exam 6 months away, I was in a helpless situation where I can't change anything but let days pass taking me through every day with difficulty. I wanted some distraction so I joined online yoga. That's when I met you. Your speech was full of a positive vibe and the energy you maintained throughout your introduction made me join your session. You’re the one who spoke the word of life to light my darkness. I enjoyed meeting you and your pleasant session gave me hope to proceed forward with hope in life. You are warm, caring and willing to give yourself for the benefit of others. I totally loved your sessions. I didn’t  miss your sessions even when I was on vacation. I still remember how you calmed me during my anxieties. You stood strong and supportive during the toughest days of my life. You taught me the need to set goals, the ways to work for them. You even taught me how to celebrate life. I learned to push my boundaries. I learnt swimming at this age which I wanted to learn from my childhood. I remember how lifeless I used to be during the initial sessions. But now I feel optimistic and hopeful. I am very fortunate to meet you and be in your tribe.
